Two Story Addition
Our client wanted to add a 15' x 17' two-story addition with an open concept. Their first floor had a complete kitchen remodel and a grand family room added for their family of 4! The second floor added a master suite with master bath, a newly renovated children's bathroom and a 4th bedroom.
Master Bathroom
This project was both exciting and challenging. Our client wanted to build an entire master bath suite. We completed a demo of the existing 10' x 8' bathroom and extended the new bath to 13' x 16' and included a 8' x 6' walk in shower, a jacuzzi tub, double vanity, heated floors and a wash and dryer unit
Full Home Renovation
Delivering a project on time and within budget is always our number one goal. In this project, I was on the same page with the investor from day one, and delivered beautiful results with a complete demo and full renovation.
Garage Addition
This client wanted a two car, two story fully wired garage with a loft that matched his house.
Porches
Our client wanted to add a 15' x 12' porch with a closed in ceiling and recessed lighting to add additional space for entertaining guests.
Deck
Decks are one of our favorite projects! This client wanted to add a 16' x 14' Trex deck onto the back of their house that their family of 4 could enjoy!
